Carl has previously worked in the Pool Construction Business and both Carl and Oldest Son Kyle are Qualified Carpenters with nearly 40 years combined experience , Wife Marie on Office Duties and youngest Son Corey has joined the Family business as well and is enjoying learning the Trade. This Limited Warranty offered by Carl’s Fencing, covers defects in material or workmanship in newly acquired products.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing Carl’s Fencing products may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.

Warranty Period

Our warranty periods are 6 months to 1 year from the documented date of purchase/Invoice Paid in Full and is depending on the type of product and where it was purchased and Material Defect. 

We take No responsibility for damage to our products done by others and the Care and Maintenance of material must be in accordance with our advice sheet which is sent via email with the Invoice on completion of work or by Customer Request

Please ensure Pool or Balustrade certification is arranged and inspected within 14 Days of installation, with any issues brought to our attention by Emailing Carlthefencer@hotmail.com within that timeframe for any rectification needed.

Any Certification Forms required will be sent on request and on receipt of Full Payment for work completed.
